If you have any complaints about our services, please call us on 0121 679 7265 or email us at complaints@falconinsurance.co.uk

We will try to resolve the issue within three days.

If we can’t, we will confirm within 5 days that we are undertaking a fair and thorough investigation.

If we can’t resolve the matter satisfactorily within 8 weeks, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR.
