Vulnerable Customers

Supporting Vulnerable Customers

Falcon Underwriting Ltd is committed to treating all of its customers fairly, acting in the customers best interests and in accordance with the rules set down by its regulators.
It recognises that there are some customers who need additional help and guidance when purchasing and administrating a policy and when making a claim and seeks to ensure that all assistance required is given. This document sets out the Firm’s policy and approach in dealing with vulnerable customers and how this is assessed, managed & monitored and who has the oversight & governance responsibilities.
